Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Renewals Specialist
to support sales operations in the Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal
departments to process and track orders
Manage and track renewal opportunities to ensure timely delivery to
customers
Generate quotes and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com for
forecasting
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
2+ years in a corporate sales support role, preferably with
renewals experience in the IT industry
Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
software, with a preference for Salesforce.com
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office and internet
navigation
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask
effectively
