Job Description:
IMMEDIATE NEED!!!! FOR BENEFITS REP. $16/hr
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- under limited supervision, coordinates and administers the
company sponsored benefit program
- ensures all employee benefit plan information is current and
accessible
- ensures plan and administration is compliant with applicable
laws
- serve as liaison between employees and benefit carriers
Qualifications:
- attention to detail is a must
- must be able to complete projects in a timely manner
- must be proficient in excel
- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field,
or the equivalent in training and experience
- minimum of 6 years related experience in administering and
coordinating company sponsored benefit programs. Including:
medical, dental, vision, cobra, disability, life insurance, workers
compensation and 401(k) benefits
- comprehensive knowledge of benefit terminology, practices, and
processes
- knowledge of federal, state, and local law relating to
benefits
- excellent customer service, administration, computer skills
