Job Description:

Must be a US Citizen or US Resident living within 15 miles of San Fernando Valley; position is hybrid.Under the general direction of the Sr. Director IT, the SPM's primary responsibilities will be the oversight of all Information Technology Projects and EMR installations throughout the company.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Serves as project leader for larger scale, cross-functional initiatives that are intended to drive performance involvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction, and improved compliance.
  • Organizes work teams to accomplish project work, including identification and confirmation of participants, establishment of a project plan, consistent work team engagement and productivity, meeting facilitation, consensus building, recommendation documentation, and implementation oversight.
  • Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, organization of staff, and skills in order to execute initiatives. Investigates and validates improvement opportunities.
  • Supports established committees by organizing and publishing agendas, documenting minutes, maintaining work plans, performing follow-up, preparing, and publishing reports.
  • Supports the project work by utilizing project management software.
  • Collaborates with other Project Managers as needed.
  • Prepares communications and presentations to all levels of the organization.
  • Provides other related support as needed to improve the performance of the business.
  • Assists in building process improvement and project management skills and serves as project leader for larger scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • All other duties as directed by management.B. Education and/or Experience:Minimum of 10 years PM experience, at least 7 years in healthcare.
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Process Improvement, workflow benchmarking, and/or evaluation process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to large audiences required.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency with systems and a variety of software applications.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Leadership, facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills required.
  • Broad knowledge of business functions.
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and lead stakeholders from various business units to meet agreement.
