Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Case Manager Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Case Management License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: - 2 years of Case Management experience - Acute care bedside experience - Understanding of managed care and payment processes Job Description: - Remote Case Management role with one monthly on-site meeting required after training - Extensive training provided: 4 weeks in total (2 weeks in-office, 2 weeks virtual) - Prepare for a comprehensive training period - Knowledge of clinical management and case management flow essential - Open to first-time applicants - Required to submit all requested time off during the submission process - COVID-19 Vaccine required, exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons This position is designed for a detail-oriented RN with strong management experience and the capability to navigate patient flow and care coordination in a virtual case management setting.
