Summary:Our client is looking for an Assistant Training Manager who
is responsible for the day-to-day trainings; designs and delivers
training programs for employees, ISAs (Independent Sales Agents)
and Location Partners. The position will focus on improving the
level of customer service in areas such as developing sales,
product, and service training kits, performing tests of employees,
and evaluating the results. The position will also prepare the
analysis on retail stores' performance and plan for local
marketing.Job Description:
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
- Call on retail partner stores to conduct high-level sales
training seminars for retail sales associates in groups. Will
include both classroom and sometimes individual meeting
formats.
- Follow up with individual one-on-one hands-on training,
sparring, and coaching
- Deliver effective, inspiring presentations both in person or
online.
- Attend company tradeshows and/or events at the request of
management to promote awareness of the company and its
products
- Work in conjunction with our team of independent sales reps and
sales management to create and support a cohesive presentation in
order to convey a consistent brand message
- Continuous monitoring, assessing, and updating of the training
programs, processes, and materials as needed
- Maintain reports and provide performance feedback from stores
or sales reps
- Assist in the onboarding of retail stores' new employees when
applicable
- Create recorded training sessions for continued or refresher
education classes
- Constantly develop and update training materials to be more
efficient
- Other duties assigned by the managementQualifications:
- Local candidates only: who can commute to our Beverly Hills, CA
HQ Location
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in Training is required
(including product trainings)
- Strong communication skills to both small and large
audiences
- Ability to develop and implement innovative Training
Programs
- Excellent analysis skills for retail stores' performance
- Extremely proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint &
Excel) and proficient using Google Docs
- Project Management, Organizational, and Problem-Solving
Skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize
workload
- Must be a Team player
- Good demeanor
